Randy founded and is the managing partner of Armatage Capital. Prior to founding Armatage Capital, Randy was the President of a Twin Cities based financial services and technology company. Before taking on the President role, Randy served as the chief legal officer focused on corporate governance, contracts, business development, and financial services regulation. In his current role as President & CEO of Meridian Title, Randy leads a fast-paced, rapidly growing company that is transforming the way business operates. He is focused on identifying new opportunities, developing core principles, new strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Randy’s experience, expertise, and leadership have been instrumental in driving company growth, strengthening its market position, and achieving strategic objectives.

Randy has BAs in Political Science and Philosophy from Brown University and a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.

During his professional career, Randy has sat on the Board of Directors for G.D. van Wagenen Financial Services, Inc., and the National Auto Finance Association, the advisory board for the American Financial Services Association, Ancillary Product Working Group for the American Financial Services Association, and the Government Relations Working Group for the ABIA.
