Deeds and all other documents: $35
Mortgages: $65

All Other Counties

Deeds and all other documents: $25
Mortgages: $55

For pages larger than 8.5 x 14 inches: $25 for the first page and $5 each additional page
For furnishing copies of records the fee for each copy is $1 per page that is not larger than 11x17 inches and $5 per page if it is larger than 11x17 inches.

Sales Disclosure filing fees - $20.00 base fee which includes a $10.00 endorsement fee per parcel (an additional $10.00 per additional parcel being transferred in deed may apply based on County)

Per I.C. 36-2-9-18 (d) “Counties “shall” adopt ordinances to increase the fee to endorse a real estate conveyance document from $5.00 to $10.00 for each deed or each legal description contained in the deed.” Some counties and auditors have yet to make the change or have delayed the change.
